Family Counseling Services has been an NHSC-approved site since 2018. We do not discriminate in the provision of services to any individual because the individual is unable to pay. FCS would like to thank you for the trust you put in our agency. We feel it is important to share what we have been working on behind the scenes and how we are responding to current events.

While the world around us seems difficult at times, we want to assure you that the safety and well-being of our staff and clients remain our highest priority. We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation, including guidance from the CDC, Idaho DHW, and other health organizations. The following outlines are our Crises Response Plan:
FCS is closing our doors to most in-person sessions until further notice while giving clients the option to meet with their counselor via our Telehealth platform.
Clients who do not consider themselves to be in a crisis can call the front office at 208-888-5905 and schedule appointments for Telehealth sessions.
We are aware of several insurances reimbursing for telehealth services at this time, however, clients MUST check their insurance coverage before the start of a telehealth session to be informed of their specific benefits.
Community Services: Behavior Intervention
Community Services are now being provided via telehealth and in-person sessions. If you are interested, please give us a call. We are accepting new clients.
We have made the decision to go back to in-person services as of September 1, 2021. We may continue to offer a telehealth option for our Clinic (counseling) clients... but are waiting to hear back from insurance companies as to how long they expect this option to be available. Please check with your specific insurance plan to confirm what type of services they cover.
