Providing You With Mental Health Counseling and Behavioral Intervention Therapy Services
Family Counseling Services has been an NSC-approved site since 2018. We do not discriminate in the provision of services to any individual because the individual is unable to pay. We do not discriminate in any area, including the individuals' race, color, sex, national origin, disability, religion, age, or sexual orientation.
Our mission is to help create lasting positive changes in marriages, families, and individuals through compassionate, ethical relationships.
FCS would like to thank you for the trust you put in our agency. We feel it is important to share what we have been working on behind the scenes and how we are responding to current events.
While the world around us seems difficult at times, we want to assure you that the safety and well-being of our staff and clients remain our highest priority. We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation, including guidance from the CDC, Idaho DHW, and other health organizations. The following outlines are our Crises Response Plan:
Admin available in office: Tue and Wed 10am-5pm
Counseling appointments available: Mon-Thu 10am-7pm
Community Services appointments available: Mon-Friday 8am-7pm
We are very excited to announce that we are opening up our Clinic to in-person sessions. Currently, masks are not required for individuals coming into the office who have been fully vaccinated. If you have not received both parts of the COVID-19 vaccine, we ask that you would continue to wear a mask while within the FCS facility. If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, please do not come in for your in-person session.
Some insurance companies are still allowing telehealth services. If you choose to attend your session over our secure telehealth platform, please confirm with your specific insurance plan coverage for these types of sessions.
Make a payment on your account. Please put the CLIENTS NAME in the notes section.
