FCS would like to thank you for the trust you put in our agency. We feel it is important to share what we have been working on behind the scenes and how we are responding to current events.
While the world around us seems difficult at times, we want to assure you that the safety and well-being of our staff and clients remain our highest priority. We are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation, including guidance from the CDC, Idaho DHW, and other health organizations. The following outlines are our Crises Response Plan:
COVID Update as of 2/15/2022:
* Masks are recommended, but not required.
* Please call in to cancel or reschedule your appointment as a telehelath session instead of attending session in person if you have a fever or are experiencing any COVID, Flu, or Cold symptoms.
*If you have tested positive for COVID in the last 2 weeks, we ask that you only attend session via telehealth.
* If a Provider observes possible symptoms during session, they may end session early.
We are very excited to continue to provide in-person AND tele-health counseling options for our clients. If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, please do not come in for your in-person session.
Counseling appointments available: Mon-Thu 10am-7pm
Community Services appointments available: Mon-Friday 8am-7pm
Admin in office:Monday-Wednesday 10:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Admin by phone only: Thursdays-10:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
Some insurance companies are still allowing telehealth services. If you choose to attend your session over our secure telehealth platform, please confirm with your specific insurance plan coverage for these types of sessions.
